MHN Announces the 2025 Excellence Awards Winners
Find out this year's results, including the Executive of the Year and the newest Lifetime Achievement Hall of Famer.

On December 4th, Multi-Housing News hosted its 19th annual Excellence Awards, recognizing some of the industry’s top developments, business ventures and professionals. The event, hosted at Oasis at Sage Realty’s 437 Madison Ave. in New York City, awarded 101 Bronze, Silver and Gold accolades across 33 different categories.
Jonathan F.P. Rose, founder & president of the Jonathan Rose Cos., was named to MHN‘s Lifetime Achievement Hall of Fame and delivered the keynote address. Rose’s 36-year-old company is known for its array of affordable and sustainable multifamily housing developments. While the other awards are based on submissions and evaluated by a panel of judges, the Lifetime Achievement Award winner is determined by MHN‘s editorial team. Additionally, it reflects career-long accomplishments and contributions, while the 2025 Excellence Awards were based on specific achievements in 2024.
