Meritage Homes Brings New Bungalows to Windermere Trails
Meritage Homes’ Windermere Trails community in southwest Orlando has entered the third phase of construction with new bungalow-style model homes.

Orlando, Fla.—Meritage Homes recently broke ground on the third phase of the of its Windermere Trails community. The new stage of development will add two new bungalow-style layouts on 150 home sites.
Just off Florida State Road 535, the property is located at 10750 Reams Rd. in southwest Orlando. Most of the new phase will offer bungalow-style homes on 32-foot lots with three or more bedrooms and a minimum of two-and-a-half baths, priced from the $240s. The extension will include 18 additional single-family sites for the developer’s new Grand Series home designs, featuring 60-foot widths bordered by the adjacent natural conservation area. Priced from the $300s, these homes range from 2,000 to over 3,700 square feet of living area with media rooms, gamerooms and up to eight bedrooms.
Two model homes will be furnished, decorated and ready for viewing in early February, according to the homebuilder.
