Mercer Island Apartment Development Starts Pre-Leasing
The 209-unit community from Legacy Partners is scheduled for completion later this year.
Seattle—One of Mercer Island’s most recent residential development projects is opening its leasing office to residents. Legacy Partners’ Hadley Apartments community is now available for pre-leasing following a recently issued official announcement. When completed, the asset will feature parking spaces, as well as a small commercial component.
Located at 2615 76th Ave. SE., in the Mercer Island Town Center, the property is set to offer a total of 209 units—more than 152,000 square feet of residential space. The commercial component will consist of roughly 9,200 square feet of retail space. Developed through a partnership with Resmark Apartment Living, the community broke ground in 2014 and will feature 13 affordable units meant for those earning 70 percent of the King County median income, as per an agreement with local authorities.
Residents will be granted access to an amenity package that includes a fitness center, media room, conference room, lounge, rooftop deck and barbecue area. Units will feature high-end appliances and finishes, while the property’s positioning offers proximity to an upcoming light rail station. Completion is scheduled for this fall at Hadley Apartments.
