Meet Bell Partners’ New SVP

John Maurer, Bell Partners’ SVP

Greensboro, N.C.—Bell Partners Inc., one of the nation’s leading apartment investment and management companies, recently announced the appointment of John Maurer as the company’s new senior vice president of portfolio management.

Prior to joining Bell, John Maurer was a managing principal at EverWest Real Estate Partners, where he served as head of investment strategy. Maurer also spent 17 years with Prudential Real Estate Investors as a fund manager and principal. The new senior vice president holds a M.S. in real estate appraisal and investment analysis from the University of Wisconsin Business School and a B.S. in real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Established in 1976, Bell Partners is a privately held, vertically integrated apartment investment and management company focused on high-quality multifamily communities throughout the U.S. The company manages more than 60,000 units, has approximately 20,000 apartments under renovation and its portfolio ranks 13th on the National Multifamily Housing Council’s annual list. Bell Partners has nearly 1,600 associates and seven offices.
