Meet Bell Partners’ New SVP
John Maurer will be responsible for asset and portfolio management, as well as institutional investor relations.
Greensboro, N.C.—Bell Partners Inc., one of the nation’s leading apartment investment and management companies, recently announced the appointment of John Maurer as the company’s new senior vice president of portfolio management.
Prior to joining Bell, John Maurer was a managing principal at EverWest Real Estate Partners, where he served as head of investment strategy. Maurer also spent 17 years with Prudential Real Estate Investors as a fund manager and principal. The new senior vice president holds a M.S. in real estate appraisal and investment analysis from the University of Wisconsin Business School and a B.S. in real estate and urban land economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

Bell Partners has nearly 1,600 associates and seven offices.
