MBK Rental Living Opens Inland Empire Apartments

MBK Rental Living completed a new rental property called Mitchell Place in the southwestern Riverside County city of Murrieta, Calif., roughly 80 miles east of Los Angeles. Located at 35995 Mitchell Road, Mitchell Place features 78 apartments and 152 townhomes.

Townhomes feature attached garages. A total of nine one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans extend in size from 787 to 1,409 square feet. The opening follows MBK Rental Living’s sale of another community in the Inland Empire last month.

Apartments and townhomes offer features and finishes that include quartz countertops, USB charging stations in kitchens, stainless-steel appliances, full-size front-loading washer-dryers and wood-style flooring. A resort-style pool and spa highlight the list of common-area amenities. Alliance Residential provides professional on-site management.

MBK Rental Living officials report Mitchell Place is intended to appeal to a wide variety of renting cohorts, including young families with children, singles, couples without children, roommates, pre-retirees and retirees.

Leasing is underway at Mitchell Place, with rents starting at $1,700 a month.

Emerging City

Situated within a commutable distance to Riverside, Orange County, Los Angeles County, Temecula and Camp Pendleton, Mitchell Place is in close proximity to San Diego County.

Murrieta is served by the Murrieta Valley Unified School District. The community offers convenient commuting access via Interstate 15 and Interstate 215. The city is also minutes north of Temecula Wine Country, home to scores of acclaimed wineries.

The city has experienced rapid growth over the last two decades and is one of the fastest-growing municipalities in California. The city’s downtown district is being revitalized with new retail, walking and biking options. Among the recreational opportunities in the area are Lake Skinner Park, California Oaks Sports Park, Bear Creek Golf Course, Temecula Children’s Museum and the Mulligan Family Fun Center.
