Matthews Real Estate Investment Services has arranged the sale of Sanctuary 1518, a 20-unit luxury community in Dallas. Senior Associate Danny McQuaid represented the seller, Slate Properties. A private investor purchased the Class A asset.
Located at 1518 N. Carroll Ave. in the East Village neighborhood, Sanctuary 1518 consists of three-story buildings completed in 2019. The unit mix features studios, one- and two-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a community fire pit, a dog park and two-car garages. Lardner Group is the community’s property manager.
The six-building community is less than 3 miles northeast of downtown Dallas, close to Lower Greenville, the Arts District, Deep Ellum, Uptown and Knox Henderson. U.S. Route 75 is less than 2 miles west of the property.
In March, Matthews Real Estate also brokered the sale of a 44-unit community in Panorama City, Calif. Executive Vice President & Managing Director David Harrington assisted the seller in the disposition.
