Marcus & Millichap Closes on Illinois Multifamily Sale

Marcus & Millichap brokered a new multifamily deal in Illinois: a 42-unit community located in Mount Prospect, Ill. Both the buyer, a limited liability company, and the seller, a private investor, were represented by the company.
Rand Park Apartments
The asset, Rand Park Apartments, consists of three buildings located at 1110 N. Wheeling Road. Each building is made up of 14 one- and two-bedroom units which measure 650 and 850 square feet respectively. Property amenities include off-street parking, on-site laundry in each building and new windows.
The property provides access to Evergreen Trails Park and is within walking distance from Randhurst Village retail center and the Jewel Osco grocery store on Euclid Avenue.
