Manhattan Successfully Lures Renters to Luxury Buildings

New York—Luxury apartments certainly aren’t in short supply in New York, and renters are snatching up these apartments as soon as they come to market. Such is the case for The Continental, a new building in Midtown, Manhattan. The 53-story building is fully leased.
The Continental includes 336 units, along with 45,000 square feet of retail space and 30,000 square feet of office space. There are studios, one-bedroom, one-bedroom with home offices, two-bedroom and penthouse apartments. All units include floor-to-ceiling tinted windows, oak flooring and washers and dryers.
Amenities for The Continental include a catering kitchen for residents to host private events, a gaming lounge with billiards, a fireplace seating area and a garden terrace.
