Manhattan Skyline Management Hires New VP
Chris Dell’Armo is the newest vice president of sales, leasing and marketing, bringing more than 10 years of experience in the industry.

Manhattan Skyline Management Corp. has selected Chris Dell’Armo as its newest vice president of sales, leasing and marketing. He will oversee these efforts for the company’s 2,500-apartment New York City portfolio.
“We had a wonderful experience working with Chris in the past on sales at one of our new development projects, Love Lane Mews, and we’re thrilled for the opportunity to have him come work for us in-house,” Manhattan Skyline Vice Chairwoman Laurie Zucker said in a prepared statement.
Dell’Armo brings more than 10 years of experience in the marketing industry, having previously worked with Stribling Marketing Associates, Extell Marketing Group and the former CHMG. He started his career at a boutique firm in Chelsea. Dell’Armo’s client portfolio includes RAL, Extell and World Wide Group. He has also contributed to the development of multiple projects, including Extell’s The Ashley and The Aldyn and RAL’s Loft 25.
