Madison Communities Completes Nashville-Area Development
The luxury project brings more than 250 units to the metro.

Madison Communities has opened Madison Century Farm, a 266-unit luxury apartment community in Antioch, Tenn. The property, located in a suburb of Nashville, comprises a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, with space ranging from 767 to 1,353 square feet.
Banco Construction, Madison’s in-house construction affiliate, served as the general contractor for the project, with HPA Design working as the architect. The developers obtained a $45.4 million construction loan from Pinnacle Financial Partners in August 2022 for the project, according to Yardi Matrix.
Community amenities include a clubhouse with fitness center, outdoor lounge, pool and dog park.

New developments in Nashville
The Nashville area saw 3,149 new units deliver through April, according to a report from Yardi Matrix, with another 16,649 underway at the time. Asking rents improved 0.2 percent in April, marking the first uptick after eight months of contractions.
In July, Flournoy Development Group announced plans to build a 315-unit community in Nashville’s Hermitage neighborhood called Declan Heritage. The 15-acre development, which will comprise six garden-style apartment buildings, is expected to be completed by June 2027.
Earlier in the year, Wood Partners started work on Gallatin, a 372-unit community that will include 5,000 square feet of retail space. The project is part of the firm’s attainable housing initiative, which seeks to deliver cost-effective rents by strategically building in suburban locations and implementing more efficient designs. Gallatin’s first units are expected to deliver by spring 2026.
