Tutera Senior Living & Health Care has opened part of Tiffany Springs Senior Living in Kansas City, Mo. The independent living component of the luxury project—comprising 172 units—is now available. The 89-unit memory care and assisted living segment of the property is slated to open in late August. Tiffany Springs, a $55 million, 289,000-square-foot community, broke ground in 2016, with a development team including Nearing Staats Prelogar & Jones Architects, BHC RHODES and Luke Draily Construction Co.
Located at 9101 N. Ambassador Drive on more than 4 acres, the property is close to Interstate 29 and within a 20-minute drive of downtown Kansas City. The community features one- and two-bedroom units, 95,000 square feet of indoor living space and three outdoor living spaces. Amenities include:

The community will be connected to Tutera’s Tiffany Springs Rehabilitation & Health Care Center. When fully operational, Tiffany Springs Senior Living will create 175 jobs.
