LeCesse Development Corp. has sold SLATE at Merrimack, a market-rate mid-rise luxury rental community in Merrimack, N.H. The buyer is a real estate investment firm focused on acquisition, development and management of multifamily and commercial assets. CBRE exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer.

Situated at 3 Lexington Court in Merrimack, a northern suburb of Nashua, SLATE at Merrimack is a 224-unit multifamily community completed in 2023. The apartment community features one- and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from 651 to 1,458 square feet and averaging 943 square feet. Unit features and finishes include ceiling fans, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and walk-in closets. Select units feature dens. Amenities include a pet-washing station, package service and a game room.

Employment hub

The property is convenient to a major job center, situated directly across the street from Fidelity Investments Merrimack Campus.
