The buyer is a real estate investment firm focused on acquisition, development and management of multifamily and commercial assets. CBRE exclusively represented the seller and procured the buyer.

Situated at 3 Lexington Court in Merrimack, a northern suburb of Nashua, SLATE at Merrimack is a 224-unit multifamily community completed in 2023. The apartment community features one- and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from 651 to 1,458 square feet and averaging 943 square feet. Unit features and finishes include ceiling fans, hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings and walk-in closets. Select units feature dens.
