Luxury Condo Makes Its Debut in Manhattan
The recently completed 14-unit residential building at 225 W. 17 St. in Chelsea has been designed by award-winning Roger Partners Architects and Neal Beckstedt Studio.
Ryan Serhant and The Serhant Team at Nest Seekers International are marketing 225 W. 17 St., a brand new luxury condominium building located in Manhattan’s gallery galore neighborhood, Chelsea. The former six-story commercial structure last changed hands in 2014 for a reported $26.4 million, public records show, and it was jointly redeveloped by privately held Delshah Capital and OTL Enterprises.
The owners singled out Roger Partners Architects and boutique architecture firm Neal Beckstedt Studio to take over the design and interior architecture finishes. The 14-unit asset features four penthouses with plenty of outdoor space with prices ranging from $3 million to $8.5 million. The construction comprises two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments with floor plans ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 square feet. Besides the high-end finishes, amenities include a part-time doorman and storage for residents.
The building is minutes away from various theaters, restaurants, landmarks, galleries and hotels. The property is also three blocks away from two different subway stations.  Its completion is followed by an official sales launch event that will take place on May 10. Delshah Capital recently selected CetraRuddy to redevelop historic landmark 30 Morningside Drive into rental apartments.
