Luxury Condo Building Tops Out in Fort Lauderdale
The eight-story community on Florida’s Intracoastal Waterway is scheduled for completion this summer. Sobel Co. is the project developer.
Kaufman Lynn Construction has topped out 321 at Water’s Edge, an eight-story condominium project on Fort Lauderdale’s Intracoastal Waterway in Florida. The company began working on the 23-unit building in February 2018, with Adache Group Architects serving as the architect of the Sobel Co.-developed property.
Located at 321 N. Birch Road, the building is steps away from pristine beaches and minutes from downtown Fort Lauderdale. Condos range from 2,600 to 3,800 square feet, with the luxury community slated to include a 2,400-square-foot fitness center, sauna, terrace, private wine club and lounge, picnic area, dog park and swimming pool. Per-unit prices start at $2.2 million, with Douglas Elliman Development Marketing handling sales. The project is slated to be completed this summer.
Sobel Co. purchased the waterfront development site in 2015. ARA Newmark closed the $10 million sale of the .6-acre parcel on behalf of the seller.
