Dallas—A joint venture between Dallas-based developer Robert Elliott Custom Homes and Canada-based real estate holding Western Securities recently got the green light from the Frisco City Council to build a new luxury community in the Stonebriar neighborhood of Frisco.
Designed by architecture firm Stocker, Hoesterey & Montenegro as a resort-like community, The Corvalla is set to break ground within the next few months. The three-story condo building is located at 5250 Town & Country Blvd., between SH 121 and Stonebriar Country Club. Once completed in summer 2018, the community will include 121 single-story residences, consisting mostly of two-bedroom units with high-end finishes, walk-in closets and open kitchens designed for entertaining. The condos will range in size from 1,700 square feet to 3,000 square feet and, according to a press statement, will be available for sale in the high $600,000s.
Residents at The Corvalla will have access to an extensive list of amenities such as courtyards with fountains, green spaces and a club house with lounging pool, as well as outdoor living areas with fire pits, bocce ball courts and more. On-site concierge services will also be available for the residents.
Thanks to its location within Frisco Independent School District, The Corvalla targets families—but also young professionals who want to live closer to Frisco’s top employers such as T-Mobile, Oracle, Amerisource, IKEA, Conifer Health Solutions and Baylor Medical Center. Other attractions in the area include the Stonebriar Country Club and premier dining, shopping and lifestyle destinations such as The Shops at Legacy and Stonebriar Centre.
