Luxury Community Breaks Ground at Round Rock Premium Outlets
Parkside at Round Rock, a Simon asset, will comprise 433 units anticipated to open in early 2020 just outside of Austin, Texas.
Simon, the retail real estate investment trust, will break ground this month on a luxury community at Round Rock Premium Outlets, just outside of Austin, Texas. The development marks the sixth mixed-use collaboration between Simon and Columbus Realty Partners. Their partnership began a decade ago, with the addition of the residential component into The Domain.
Parkside at Round Rock will be located off of N. Mays Street, adjacent to Round Rock Premium Outlets, restaurants and a future hotel. The community will comprise 433 units featuring a variety of floorplans, including 20 three-bedroom townhomes. Interior amenities will incorporate modern kitchens with granite countertops, stainless-steel refrigerators and ranges, authentic wood cabinets, soaker tubs, smart thermostats and keyless front door locks.
Common-area amenities will include a cabana pool, a fitness center, a dog park, an athletic field and onsite management. JHP Architecture/Urban Design, a Dallas-based firm specialized in high-density residential projects and mixed-use districts, served as the designer for the property. The first units are slated to open in early 2020, with the development finalized in the summer of the same year.
