Philadelphia–After approximately 18 months of construction, leasing is well underway and people are starting to move into a brand new apartment and townhome community in Royersford, Pa., in Montgomery County.

Developed by Longview Property Group, Westfield 41 is the latest addition of several properties in the area for the real estate company, which is widely recognized for its long-term investments and a strong commitment to local communities. The property is leased and managed by Scully Co., a third-generation, family-owned multifamily real estate company.
