“My vision for The Ruckus is to be disruptive and trend-setting in the student-housing industry,” David Kanne, president of Lincoln Ventures, said in prepared remarks. “We want to create a unique living experience for college students, unlike what is typically offered by other institutional developments. We want The Ruckus to have attitude and reflect the personality of today’s students.”

The team working on The Ruckus project is formed by developer Lincoln Ventures, architecture company Mark Hart Architecture and engineering consultant Wuest Group.
