The actor, who starred in Clueless, Ant-Man, Anchorman and like a million other things, turned 52 on April 6th.
Wait, that can’t be right.

Wow, OK. Rudd, who famously never ages, is indeed 52.
And like Paul Rudd, here are 5 property management aspects that also never get old.

Good communication with residents. It’s important to let your renters what is going on in the community, procedure changes or anything that will affect them on a daily basis or overall. This was of course critical during the beginning of the pandemic to let your residents know new cleaning and social distancing procedures. And it remains a key aspect to renters. Effective package management strategies. In 2020, UPS delivered an average of 21.1 million packages. Daily. And yes, that was exacerbated by quarantine. Facilities with good curb appeal. People want to be proud of where they live! Keep common areas and outdoor spaces clean—it might even help your ROI. See also: Rudd as Josh in Clueless.
Fast maintenance service. A clogged toilet may not be top on your priority list, but for the renter, all other issues take a backseat (I was going to make a bathroom pun, but I couldn’t flush one out.) Easy ways to pay rent. Not everyone uses a check to pay rent. That said, a lot of people still do. Make it simple for your renters, and give options. The easier it is for people to pay you, the less likely you’ll have issues collecting. See also: Rudd’s IMDB page. So many options!
