LGI Unveils SFR Community in Minnesota

LGI Homes has opened Parkside, a family-friendly development situated 15 minutes from downtown St. Cloud, Minn., in neighboring Clear Lake. The community offers convenient access to both St. Cloud and the Twin Cities.
Comprising one- and two-story, single-family homes, the new construction community offers two- to five-bedroom, one- to three-bathroom homes that range in size from 1,100 to 2,329 square feet. Seven floor plans are available, among them Cedar, a two-bedroom, one-bath, two-car garage home at $1,239 per month; Maple, a three-bed, two-bath, two-car garage residence starting at $1,329 a month; and Ramsey, a five-bedroom, three-bath, two-car garage home renting for $1,829 a month.
Commuter access
All Parkside residences are outfitted with LGI Homes’ “CompleteHome” package. Features and finishes include a energy-efficient Whirlpool kitchen appliances, double-pane, Low-E vinyl windows and programmable thermostats.
The community is located near Interstates 10 and 52, with convenient access to both Becker and St. Cloud. Supermarkets, shopping centers and restaurants are nearby, as are medical facilities. An array of recreational venues are within walking distance, including tennis and pickleball courts, a baseball field and playground.
Parkside is located near several state and local parks offering outdoor recreation, from boating and fishing to hiking and camping. These include Warner Lake County Park in Clearwater, Lake Maria State Park in Monticello and Lions Park and Shelter in St. Cloud. Sherburne National Wildlife Refuge in Zimmerman and Munsinger Gardens in St. Cloud are also nearby.
