Lennar Multifamily Awards Greystar Student Living Management of 343-Bed Student Community
Greystar Student Living, the student housing subsidiary of Greystar Real Estate Partners, will manage The Crest at Pearl, a student housing community in the West Campus area of Austin, Texas, according to Lennar Multifamily, a real estate investment program started by the Lennar Corporation.

“We are excited about The Crest at Pearl as the newest student living development in the West Campus area of Austin, Texas,” Michelle Fuller, senior director of real estate, Greystar Student Living, tells MHN. “Lennar Multifamily is developing a beautiful building that is not only walking distance from the University of Texas but it also will cater to the students with ultra-modern interior finishes and amenities.”
The Crest at Pearl is a 343-bed community that features one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments. The units will include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, plank flooring, walk-in closets and full-size washers and dryers. Some units will also include balconies, and the three- and four-bedroom units will come fully furnished.
Amenities include a clubhouse, business center, study rooms, Wi-Fi access, fitness center, swimming pool, outdoor kitchen with grilling stations, bike storage and parking spaces. Additionally, there will be a stand-up tanning unit.
Construction for The Crest at Pearl is expected to be completed in July 2014.
