LeFrak, Turnberry Break Ground on Miami Luxury Tower
The 30-story building is the fourth residential project at the SoLe Mia master-planned development.
Oleta Partners, a joint venture between LeFrak and Turnberry, has broken ground on 2400 Laguna Circle, a 328-unit luxury multifamily community in North Miami, Fla. The 30-story tower is the fourth residential project at SoLe Mia, a $4 billion master-planned development.
Designed by Arquitectonica and Stantec, the high-rise is expected to deliver in 2025. The property will encompass one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging between 686 and 1,315 square feet. Units at 2400 Laguna Circle will feature floor-to-ceiling windows, walk-in closets, balconies and 9-foot ceilings.
The community will provide a wide range of interior and exterior amenities, such as co-working spaces with private offices, conference rooms, a rooftop garden, a resident lounge, a 75-foot swimming pool, a fitness center, a playroom, a golf simulator and a podcast recording studio. The property will also feature a beach volleyball court, basketball court, yoga lawn, pickleball court and 8 miles of biking and running paths.

The 184-acre SoLe Mia development is rising at the intersection of NE 151 Street and Biscayne Boulevard. The project comprises approximately 5999 residential units, 258,200 square feet of office space, 176,100 square feet of retail space and 250 hotel rooms. The site is located within the boundaries of the Nort Miami’s Regional Activity Center, adjacent to Florida International University and near Oleta River State Park.
In early 2023, another joint venture closed on a $215 million construction loan for the development of Wynwood Plaza, a 1 million-square-foot mixed-used project in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. L&L Holding Co. and Oak Row Equities are developing the project that will consist of a 509-unit luxury residential building, a 266,000-square-foot Class A office tower, as well as indoor and outdoor retail and dining areas.
