Leasing Underway at FL Live-Work-Play Community

The Allen Morris Company is commencing leasing at Maitland City Centre, an urban live-and-work community in the Orlando suburb of Maitland, Fla. Full-service real estate management firm RAM Partners LLC has been tabbed for management and leasing.
Maitland City Centre features 220 one- and two-bedroom units, as well as 24 live-and-work units and 10 furnished offices. The six-story structure also includes 35,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Secured tenants include Starbucks, Subway, Midici’s Pizza, Burgerim Gourmet Burgers, 407 Gelato, Barn Barre, Dixie Belle’s Café, Cookit World LLC and Renaissance Med Spa. First move-ins are slated for month’s end.
Developed by The Allen Morris Company, the development benefited from financing from SunTrust Bank, TD Bank and Mesirow Financial.

Amenities include rooftop pool deck and lounge, rooftop dog run and pet spa, business center, fitness center, outdoor turf yoga lawn, mail room café with work stations and smart package lockers, club room and lounge with living room, billiards and wet bar, an interior courtyard complete with grilling stations, fire pit and lounge, outdoor living room with outdoor TVs and easy access to a full-service café.
Maitland City Centre, which encompasses a three-acre full city block, is situated a short distance north of Orlando.
