The former Dumont NYC boutique hotel is on its way to becoming a community comprising 260 state-of-the-art no-fee studios and one-bedroom apartments, thanks to LeFrak Organization Inc., which has initiated the leasing process at Murray Hill Marquis. Â
Located at 150 E. 34th St. in the Manhattan’s Murray Hill neighborhood, the 37-story luxury rental property will feature numerous amenities, including:
