Lutherville, Md.—Resident feedback provider SatisFacts has announced a number of new hires and promotions. Joe Summers has joined SatisFacts as vice president of sales/East Region. He previously served as account and sales management executives with CallSource, Valet Waste and Primedia (HPC). In a related announcement, Jeff Proebstle has been promoted to senior vice president of sales, where he will oversee the company’s national sales organization.
