CORT and Mandel Group Enter Exclusive Furnishing Agreement

Milwaukee—The Mandel Group Inc. announced a seven-year agreement with CORT as the exclusive provider of rental furnishings to its 20 apartment community properties in and around Milwaukee.

With more than 3,000 apartment homes in the metropolitan Milwaukee area, CORT redesigned and staged 15 model apartments and furnishing several hospitality suites offered to guests of residents in Mandel Group communities. 
The Mandel Group focuses on developing residential communities for emerging demographic profiles, including a growing segment of the population previously accustomed to single-family home ownership, which is now choosing luxury rental apartment communities as their preferred living environment. Since 1992, MGI has developed 1,900 apartment and condominium homes in urban or first ring suburbs. Mandel Property Services Inc. was formed to provide asset and property management services to the Mandel Group and other third party owners of real estate developments
