Latest Addition to Dubai Hills Master Plan Unveiled

Dubai, UAE–Emaar Properties recently announced that Maple, a new townhouse neighborhood with 118 homes, is coming soon to Dubai. The property will be part of the Dubai Hills Estate master-planned community in Mohammed Bin Rashid City, co-developed by Emaar Properties and Meraas Holding.
Centrally located with Downtown Dubai and Al Maktoum International Airport easily accessible, the Dubai Hills Estate integrated mega-development follows a ‘city within a city’ design concept. With vegetation playing a key role in the overall plan, Dubai Hills is surrounded by parkland and includes numerous community and neighborhood parks in addition to several nature trails and a central green boulevard. A luxury 18-hole golf course, two world-class hotels, various high-end retail options and a tennis academy are also part of the master plan. “Dubai Hills Estate is an iconic development that will serve as an inspiring green getaway destination right in the heart of the city,” said Ahmad Al Matrooshi, managing director of Emaar Properties.
Designed with families in mind, the three- to five-bedroom Maple townhouses range in size from 2,200 to 2,700 square feet and reflect a modern and contemporary architectural style. All units will be developed to high standards with quality finishes as standard and buyers can choose from four types of townhouses with six different floor plans and layouts. All include a maid’s room, covered parking for one car and a garden. The new community will rise on the west side of the 2,700 acre green city and will feature a wide array of retail, food & beverage, sports and leisure attractions. The homes have been planned along a network of green corridors, connecting the districts and providing shaded pathways with seating benches, cycling and jogging tracks, exercise courses and children’s playgrounds. Further community amenities include a mosque, a day care facility and a retail center.
Sales are being launched on Saturday, April 25 at the Emaar Pavilion in Dubai and at the Emaar Sales Centre in Al Nahda Tower, Abu Dhabi. Investors can also register interest online at the developer’s website.
