Laramar Group Names Operations SVP
Based in the Denver office, Stacy Valentine will oversee the company’s marketing and operations for its urban communities across the country.
The Laramar Group has tapped Stacey Valentine as its new senior vice president of operations. Based out of the firm’s Denver office, Valentine will oversee the company’s marketing and operations for its urban communities across the country. Prior to joining the Laramar team, she served as vice president of property operations for Forum Real Estate Group, a role she held for three years.
Valentine holds more than 20 years of real estate operations experience. She began her career with RREEF, serving as property manager for four years. Following her departure in 1997, Valentine began working for Equity Residential, achieving the title of senior regional manager during her 16-year tenure with the company.
“(Valentine’s) experience and institutional knowledge will be a terrific assets as we continue to expand our national urban neighborhood platform,” said Scott McMillan, CFO of Laramar, in a prepared statement.
Last year, Monument Real Estate Services also added an experienced property manager to its executive team in Charlotte, N.C.
