Lawrenceville, Ga.—A $23 million luxury apartment development is in the works in Lawrenceville. Jacksonville-based general contractor LandSouth Construction has commenced construction on 1760, the 239-unit community from Birmingham, Ala.-based developer LIV Development. Brock and Associates of Maitland, Fla., is designing the community.
Located on an eight-acre site near I-85 and GA 316, off Sugarloaf Parkway, the 239 one-, two- and three-bedroom homes will feature 20 different floor plans in four four-story buildings, ranging from 742 to 1,465 square feet. Unit interiors will feature granite countertops, solid wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, vinyl wood plank flooring and private balconies. The resort-style amenities include a clubhouse, pool and courtyard with grilling spots. Residents will have access to a fitness center, yoga studio, cyber café, car wash and a bar area. Two carriage houses and surface and garage parking will also be available.
“[1760’s] proximity to entertainment and shopping possibilities, work, recreation, attractive outdoor activities and views, creates lots of opportunities for 1760 residents,” said Joe Passkiewicz, senior vice president of development at LandSouth.
Construction is scheduled for completion in April 2017.
LandSouth, which specializes in multifamily, senior housing and mixed-use development, is currently working on projects throughout the Southeast.
