LandSouth Breaks Ground on FL Luxury Apartments

Integra 360 will feature spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with nine different floor plans and cutting-edge amenities.

Orlando, Fla.LandSouth Construction, a Jacksonville-based general contractor specializing in multifamily, senior housing and mixed-use development recently broke ground on Integra 360, a luxury apartment community located in Winter Springs, Fla. 

The 30-acre Integra 360 is being developed by Integra Land Co. of Lake Mary, Fla., and designed by Winter Park, Fla.-based ACi, Associated Consulting International. Completion is scheduled for October 2017 and the property will be managed by Panther Property Management.

The community is convenient to downtown Orlando, within minutes of major employment centers, Sanford and Orlando airports as well as being located in one of the state’s strongest school districts,” said LandSouth President & CEO James Pyle. 

The development will total 368,182 square feet and include six gated buildings (each four stories with elevators), four carriage houses and a pool house. It will feature 360 spacious one-, two- and three-bedroom apartment homes with nine different floor plans ranging from 638 to 1,303 square feet. Unit amenities will include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood vinyl plank flooring in living areas, nine-foot ceilings and a washer and dryer in every residence. The community will also boast more than 8,719 square feet of resort-style amenities, including an outdoor swimming pool and social gathering area, state-of-the-art fitness center, business center and clubhouse. Surface and garage parking will be also available.

LandSouth Construction is currently working on apartments and mixed-use developments throughout the Southeast including in Delray Beach, Sanford, Jacksonville, Davenport and Orlando among other locations.

Projects include the $24 million development of Integra Sands, a 264-unit luxury community that broke ground in February in Daytona Beach, Fla.

Over 18 years, LandSouth Construction has completed more than 12,000 multifamily units, including apartments, senior living, condominiums, and townhomes.
