Landmark Realty Buys Kansas City Gated Community
San Francisco-based investment group acquires large multifamily community in south Kansas City.

Landmark Realty of San Francisco has announced the acquisition of Willow Creek Apartments & Townhomes, a 986-unit gated multifamily community located at 201 W. 99th Terrace and Wornall Road in south Kansas City.
The price tag for the property was not disclosed. Kenneth Fox, a managing director in Cohen Financial’s San Francisco office, has secured three financing deals totaling $106.29 million for Landmark Realty. Out of these loans, the investment group used $58.88 million to finance its most recent multifamily purchase in Kansas City.
Price Brothers, the property’s seller, built Willow Creek Apartments in four phases between 1970 and 1987. Residents here may opt between the one- or two-bedroom layouts or the three-bedroom townhomes.
Community amenities include a business center, carports, concierge service, gourmet coffee bar, racquetball court, swimming pool, fitness center, storage spaces, and indoor laundry facilities. Unit amenities feature fireplace, walk-in closets, wet bat, and air conditioning.
