Los Angeles—KFA announced the completion of the Astani Enterprises-developed Wilshire Valencia project at 1515 Wilshire Blvd. in Los Angeles. The six-story, 218-unit community comprises studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments, some of which are affordable, totaling 300,000 square feet.

The building’s architectural design includes an emphasis on using contrasting materials such as natural stone tile and smooth plaster finishes with wood, aluminum and glass accents. The facade features a contrasting pattern of extruded rectilinear elements that extend along the length of the elevations and the massing is recessed at various points for balcony space. The property offers views of the Hollywood Hills, the Mid-Wilshire district and downtown Los Angeles.
