Kettler Announces New President

As the newly appointed president of the property management division, David Ohlrich will replace Cindy Clare and report directly to COO Usha Chaudhary.

Kettler has named David Ohlrich as president of the company’s property management division, replacing Cindy Clare. In his new role, effective December 1, Ohlrich will report directly to President & COO Usha Chaudhary.

Ohlrich joined Kettler at the beginning of the year as senior vice president of property management operations. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president of Federal Capital Partners, where he oversaw asset management functions. During his career, Ohlrich held various positions at NVR, Equity Residential and Kenneth Leventhal & Co. He received bachelor of science degrees in engineering and architecture, as well as an MBA from the University of Michigan.

Clare served as president of Kettler Management since 2005 and will serve as COO of Bell Partners. Recently, she was named an Executive of the Year at the 2017 MHN Excellence Awards, for her decades of accomplishment and dedication to mentorship.
