KB Home Opens Westview Landing in Houston

Houston—KB Home announced the opening of its newest community in Houston, dubbed Westview Landing. Pricing begins in the mid-$100,000s and go up to $195,000. As with all KB properties, residents at the Westview Landing have the opportunity to select the lot, floor plan, exterior elevation and interior finishes.

Residents at Westview Landing have ten home plans to choose from. They range from 1,454 square feet to 2,961 square feet and feature up to five bedrooms, three baths and a series of amenities that include spacious great rooms, flex spaces and ample storage. The properties will be built to ENERGY STAR guidelines and will include WaterSense-labeled faucets and fixtures. Furthermore, the homes will have access to planned community amenities such as a park and playground.

The KB homes have easy access to Highway 249, Interstate 45 and Beltway 8 and are only a short commute away from the Energy Corridor and other major employment centers in the area. Willowbrook Mall and the George Bush International Airport are in close proximity to the community, while the 33-acre Doss Park is only three miles away.
