JV Tops Off Miami Tower

PARAMOUNT Ventures and CoastalTishman's luxury condo asset, situated within the 27-acre, mixed-use Miami Worldcenter development, comprises 500 units and offers access to various amenities, including a yoga studio, an observatory and a dog park.

PARAMOUNT Ventures and CoastalTishman—a joint venture between Coastal Construction and AECOM Tishman—has topped off PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter, a luxury residential tower within the 27-acre, mixed-use Miami Worldcenter development. The only for-sale tower within the site, PARAMOUNT Miami has been in construction since October 2016, located atop the project’s street retail component, a shopping streetscape being developed by The Forbes Co. and Taubman.

The tower comprises 500 one-, two- and three-bedroom condos ranging from 1,180 to 2,350 square feet, located on levels eight through 59. The 700-foot building was designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects, with interiors done by ID & Design International. Prices range from the $700,000’s to $1.5 million. Apartment features include private elevator access with private foyers, 10-foot ceilings, outdoor living rooms, large entertainment spaces, designer European kitchens, rain showers, spa tubs, full-size laundry rooms, lock-out suites in the three-bedroom residences and convertible dens. 

Luxury amenity package

Located at 1010 NE Second Ave., PARAMOUNT Miami Worldcenter offers amenities throughout the building. On the lower level there is a double-height lobby, a porte corchere with 24-hour valet, direct access to Miami Worldcenter, a business center, a yoga studio, a basketball half-court and a racquetball court. Located on the seventh floor, residents have access to a conservatory, relaxation lounge, outdoor lounge with seating and gardens, steam showers, treatment rooms, a hair and nail bar, a state-of-the-art fitness center, a boxing studio and an aerobics arena. Other common area features include a game room, a golf simulator, a kids play room, a recreation lounge, a demonstration kitchen, a jam room with recording studio and a food market. PARAMOUNT’s upper deck will debut as the largest amenity deck in the U.S., spanning 90 feet above downtown Miami. That space will include:

The tower provides immediate access to Miami’s waterfront and various entertainment landmarks such as the Adrienne Arsht Center, Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science, Perez Art Museum Miami and the American Airlines Arena. The Miami Worldcenter development will also offer a Marriott Marquis Miami Worldcenter Hotel and Expo, as well as the All Aboard Florida’s Miami Grand Central Station, providing residents access to Orlando within three hours and connectivity to the Metro Mover and Miami International Airport.
