JPI Continues Dallas Investment
The company broke ground on a 409-unit luxury community, which will comprise approximately 300,000 square feet of office space and 22,000 square feet of retail.

JPI has broken ground on its latest luxury community in Farmers Branch, Texas. Dubbed Jefferson Alpha West, the 409-unit development will join JPI’s other project in the area, Jefferson East Branch, another luxury property, slated for completion in 2020.
Jefferson Alpha West will be part of a larger, mixed-use development at Alpha and Inwood streets, which includes a 155-ket ALOFT Hotel, 296,000 square feet of office space and 22,000 square feet of retail. The luxury community will feature a modern urban design, with a glass façade, landscape and walkways, which integrate in the surrounding area. Units will have private patios and 10-foot ceilings, while common amenities will include a swimming pool, rooftop lounge, two-story clubhouse and a dog park.
Jefferson Alpha West will be situated just off Dallas North Tollway, near the Galleria Dallas mall and Interstate 635. The neighborhood surrounding JPI’s luxury community features multiple shopping, dining and entertainment destinations. Brookhaven Community College and its country club are nearby, as are several parks and other schools.
