Jefferson Apartment Group to Manage Washington-Area Community

Jefferson Apartment Group has started management operations at the 400-unit residential component of Scout on the Circle, a mixed-use development in Fairfax, Va. Combined Properties develops the project.
The community comprises two buildings. Common-area amenities include two outdoor courtyards, a swimming pool, screening room, lobby lounge and garage parking. The property is slated to have 83,000 square feet of street-level retail space including on-site cafes, restaurants and shops. Completion of the full project is scheduled for 2021.
Located at the intersection of Route 50 and Route 29, the property is 2 miles from Interstate 66. The surrounding area has several retail and dining options, including Fairfax Circle Shopping Center, which is within walking distance of Scout on the Circle. The asset is also within walking distance of Army Navy Country Club.
In May, Jefferson Apartment Group started management operations at Sea Isle, a 356-unit Class A community in Orlando, Fla. The property is currently undergoing several upgrades.
