Jefferson Apartment Group Expands to Suburban Philly
The management arm of JAG has added Phoenixville Apartments to its portfolio, an upcoming 275-unit luxury apartment community in suburban Philadelphia.

Phoenixville, Pa.–Jefferson Apartment Group has expanded its property management portfolio with the addition of the soon-to-be-completed Phoenixville Apartments in suburban Philadelphia. The company will be providing both leasing and management services for the 275-unit luxury apartment community along Bridge Street in downtown Phoenixville.

Residents can choose from a variety of unique floor plans, and all apartments are equipped with designer kitchens, including stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, pendant lighting with kitchen islands in select apartments, 10-foot ceilings, generous closets and full-size washers and dryers.
Amenities include a resident lounge with billiard table, fireplace and conversational seating, a fully equipped theatre room, business center, outdoor salt-water pool, executive dining room and a state-of-the-art fitness center. Adjacent to the resident lounge, there is an outdoor amenity deck with fire pit, bocce court, outdoor grilling area and lounge space. The community has 24-hour controlled access and when finished, will include another 20,000 square feet of retail space to add to the town’s already eclectic options for food and entertainment.
Furthermore, the property will partner with the Phoenixville Art Gallery to display local artists’ work in the building’s common areas. In the spring, the community will also partner with Community Sponsored Agriculture (CSA) to provide gardens on the property.
