Janel Ganim Joins Property Solutions as Vice President of Affordable Housing for Entrata

Property Solutions International, Inc. announced the recent addition of Janel Ganim to their team of industry experts heading-up development for Entrata.

Lehi, Utah—Property Solutions International, Inc. announced the recent addition of Janel Ganim to their team of industry experts heading-up development for Entrata, a property management software built on a single database with property management, portals, accounting, CRM, screening, utilities and insurance, under one login.

Janel Ganim brings more than 14 years of experience in affordable housing software development to her new post as Property Solutions’ vice president of affordable housing. In her most recent position as vice president of business development at IPM Software, Ganim oversaw all aspects relating to compliance, in addition to steering the company’s strategic partnerships and expanding their market share.

Ganim’s strong background in software development includes a nearly five-year commission as RealPage’s director of product management for affordable housing, where she was responsible for designing, developing, and managing all elements of the OneSite Affordable product line. Taking a heavy involvement in client communications, Ganim also led the company’s Affordable User Group, to encourage collaboration between corporate leadership and the community of users. Over the course of her 13 years at RealPage, she worked with more than 14,000 total sites through the launch of Onesite Affordable.

Ganim is a frequent guest speaker at various industry events of national attendance, and is currently serving as Voucher/Special Claims Co-chair of HUD’s TRACS 2.0.2D Working Group. Additionally, she is an active member of the National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA). Ms. Ganim earned her bachelor’s in business administration from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and has held COS Certification since 2002.
