Ninety-eight of the apartments will be set aside for COAH, low and moderate income households. Interior features will include balcony/patios, custom cabinetry, granite countertops, pendant light fixtures, tile backsplashes and wood-like flooring. Residents will have access to amenities such as:

  • 7,100-square-foot clubhouse
  • resort-style swimming pool
  • fire pits
  • state-of-the-art fitness center
  • cyber lounge
  • pub room

The community is expected to break ground this month, and move-ins are scheduled for spring 2019. JAG Management Co. will provide property management services for the community.

“Jefferson Place is being developed in partnership with Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. and represents a significant investment in southern New Jersey and Mt. Laurel in particular,” Drew Chapman, senior vice president & development partner of Jefferson Apartment Group, told Multi-Housing News.

In October, JAG acquired One Upland in Norwood, Mass., a 262-unit property built by Campanelli and Thorndike Development in 2016.
