Institutional Property Advisors, a division of Marcus & Millichap, facilitated the sale of Vantage at Harlingen, a 288-unit community in Harlingen, Texas. Executive Director Will Balthrope, Senior Director Drew Kile and Associates Jordan Featherston and Joey Tumminello represented the seller and procured the buyer, Presidium. According to Yardi Matrix data, American Agape Foundation is the last owner of the multifamily property.
Located at 902 S. Palm Court Drive, near one of the busiest crossroads in the Rio Grande Valley—the intersection of Highway 77/Interstate 2 and Highway 83/Interstate 69E—the 13-building property features 144 one-, 120 two- and 24 three-bedroom units. Amenities include a swimming pool, playground, fitness center and 529 parking spaces. Â
The 2015-built property is near Valley Baptist Medical Center, Harlingen Consolidated Independent School District and Vicki Roy Home Health, some of the largest employers in the area. Vantage at Harlingen provides easy access to retailers such as Target, H-E-B, Bass Pro Shops, Walmart Supercenter and the Valle Vista Mall. Valley International Airport is seven miles away.
Vantage at Harlingen is one of the few three-story, garden-style communities in the Rio Grande Valley area.
