Invesco Breaks Ground on San Diego Luxury Mixed-Use
Completion of the 284-unit multifamily project is planned for the second quarter of 2021.
Invesco and Trammell Crow Residential have started the construction of Alexan Gallerie, a 284-unit luxury multifamily project in San Diego’s Mission Valley. Completion is scheduled for the second quarter of 2021.
The community, planned by DesignARC, will offer apartments ranging from 556 to 1,786 square feet. In-unit amenities will include stainless steel appliances, bathroom cabinets with architectural hardware, hard surface flooring, quartz countertops and full-size stackable washers and dryers. Residents will have access to a pool, spa, event room with nine-screen video wall, gourmet kitchen, courtyard lounge with modern seating and fitness facility, among others.
The new property is also set to include 8,000 square feet of office space and more than 3,000 square feet of ground floor retail. Office leasing will be handled by Richard Gonor and Brandt Riedman of JLL.
Located at 375 Camino de la Reina, Alexan Gallerie will be adjacent to Interstate 8 and State Route 163. It will also be within walking distance of Fashion Valley Mall, Westfield Mission Valley shopping center and Riverwalk Golf Club.
Recently, Invesco sold Joseph Arnold Lofts, a 12-story, 131-unit apartment building in Seattle. RISE Properties Trust and Cigna Investment Management acquired the asset for $74.4 million.
