Interforum Holdings and its condominium development wing C3 unveiled its $15 million completed project, The Promenade at River Forest, in River Forest, Ill. The community was transformed from a former lumberyard and takes inspiration from the Prairie Home Architecture that River Forest is well known for including in its homes.

Townhome Features

Located at 7820 Madison Ave., the 29 three-story, luxury townhomes feature three- and four-bedroom floorplans at an average of 2,500 square feet across six buildings. Interior features include central air, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, washer/dryers, fireplaces, balconies, large kitchens and family rooms and upscale finishes. Exterior features include garages, two parking spaces per unit, walking trails and communal green space. The community is in close proximity to shops, restaurants and parks, as well as easy access to Interstate 290 and public transportation, with the Loop only being a 20 minute train ride away.

Pricing for the units range from $499,000 to $559,000 and Interforum currently has four contracts completed.

“These are all brick townhomes that are designed with inspiration from Frank Lloyd Wright,” Alex Zdanov, president & CEO of Interforum Holdings, told Multi-Housing News. “With the upscale features, spacious floorplans, lavish landscaping and excellent location with proximity to everything, the units are perfect for someone looking to enter the River Forest market. These townhomes are a more affordable alternative to the single-family pricing of the neighborhood, which usually starts at around one million dollars.”
