Integra Begins Development on Orlando Tower
The community will feature 364 units near theme parks and downtown amenities.
LandSouth Construction has broken ground on a 364-unit multifamily asset in Orlando, Fla. Integra Towers at Nona South will be a 12-building, four-story project developed by Integra Land Co.
Situated at 12401 Boggy Creek Rd., the community is being built through the continued partnership between LandSouth and Integra Land Co. Charlan Brock Architects is the architectural firm working on the project.
Integra Towers at Nona South will feature ten floor plans across one-, two- and three-bedroom homes. Community amenities are set to include a pool, fitness center, yoga and spin room, cyber café, sports lounge with golf simulator, dog spa and grilling stations. Residents will have access to rentable garages.
The Orlando airport is near the project. Residents will be in proximity to Downtown Orlando, with retail, dining and entertainment options, as well as theme parks including the Walt Disney World Resort.
Mark Ondish is acting as the LandSouth project manager along with Amanda Binns as construction administrator, Kyle Greer as the superintendent and Mark Corey as the assistant project manager.

The Orlando area is experiences growing rental rates fueled by strong immigration to the area. Rates grew by 1.2 percent on a trailing three-month basis through May of this year and are expected to remain above the national average with increased demand.
As of May, 21,744 units were under construction. Integra Land Co. is among those developing multiple projects in the area, breaking ground on Integra Heights with an anticipated completion next year. The community will feature 289 units across nine buildings.
