Instrata Lifestyle Residences to Reintroduce Class A Apartments to Washington, D.C.

Instrata Lifestyle Residences has announced that it will expand its portfolio into the Washington, D.C., metro market with the re-introduction of Metropolitan Pentagon City community, which will be marketed as Instrata Pentagon City.

Washington, D.C.—Instrata Lifestyle Residences has announced that it will expand its portfolio into the Washington, D.C., metro market with the re-introduction of Metropolitan Pentagon City community, which will be marketed as Instrata Pentagon City. The class A, high-rise asset will be managed and operated by Maryland-based Bozzuto Management and aims to bring a high-end rental option to the area.

The 16-floor, 325-unit building, according to apartments.com, is located Arlington County, Va.’s Pentagon City neighborhood near public transportation, parks, shopping and other entertainment venues. Instrata, which has built a reputable portfolio base in high-end markets such as Manhattan, Brooklyn, intends to ramp up resident offerings at the community by providing informative and entertaining events that encourage resident interaction. It will also provide complimentary membership to ClubCorp, allowing residents access to private golf and country clubs, business, sports and alumni clubs throughout North America.

The community itself offers a range of studio, one-bedroom and one-bedroom with den floor plans, along with two- and three-bedroom penthouses. Units include upscale features such as ceramic flooring, custom-crafted cabinetry, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, gas cooking appliances and washer and dryers. Bathrooms include soaking tubs and ceramic tiling, while other design elements within the units include high ceilings with ample natural light, private balconies or sunrooms and city views.

Penthouses, located on the 15th and 16th floors, include additional luxury offerings such as fireplaces with marble surrounds, crown molding, chair rails, wet bars, Jacuzzi whirlpool bathtubs, laundry rooms, large closets and curved balconies.
