Industry Veteran Joins Bellwether Enterprise

Irvine, Calif.—Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital LLC, (Bellwether Enterprise) the commercial and multifamily mortgage banking subsidiary of Enterprise Community Investment Inc. (Enterprise), announced the hiring of multifamily and commercial real estate veteran Doug Taylor as senior vice president. Taylor will be based in the company’s Western Regional office in Irvine.

Prior to joining Bellwether Enterprise, Taylor was senior vice president for Capital One Multifamily Finance. Previously, he was senior vice president at Walker & Dunlop. He was also the director and senior loan officer for Deutsche Bank Berkshire Mortgage. Taylor holds a Bachelor of Science from Western Michigan University.
