Industry Expert Moves Up the Ladder with Senior Lifestyle
Newly promoted chief of operations officer Lisa Fordyce will be responsible for the overall operational business strategies and care initiatives of Senior Lifestyle.
Chicago—Owner, operator, and developer of senior living communities Senior Lifestyle recently announced the naming of its new chief operations officer. After nearly two years with the company as SVP of operations, Lisa Fordyce has been promoted as COO. In her new position, she will be responsible for the overall operational business strategies and care initiatives of the company.
“Lisa has 25 years of experience in the senior housing industry and is one of the premier operations executives I’ve had the opportunity to work with,” said Bill Kaplan, co-founder and chairman of Senior Lifestyle, in a prepared statement.
Prior to joining her current employer, Fordyce served as vice president of operations with Emeritus Senior Living where she oversaw, for nearly a decade, the Midwest Division comprising over 60 communities spread over 14 states. Starting her track record as a caregiver and nurse, she is a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Fordyce is a member of the Ohio Assisted Living Association’s Board of Trustees, as well as of the Assisted Living Federation of America Regional Executives Round Table.
