The CPE Distinguished Achievement Awards and MHN Excellence Awards, which celebrate the industry’s top deals, projects and strategies, drew real estate professionals from around the country.
The 2019 Multi-Housing News Excellence Awards party was held Oct. 3 at 10 Grand Central in New York City. The event, which drew multifamily professionals from across the country, recognized the year’s top accomplishments in design, development, adaptive re-use and property management. Also honored at the annual event were the industry’s outstanding companies, executives and property managers.
Attendees enjoyed a lively evening of networking and exchanging ideas, as well as a keynote by John O’Donnell, CEO of The Michaels Organization. The MHN Excellence Awards were presented jointly with Commercial Property Executive’s Distinguished Achievement Awards, sponsored by MHN’s sister real estate information source.
