High Street JV Completes Metro Phoenix Luxury Project

Greystar manages the 192-unit property.

High Street Residential, Trammell Crow Co.’s residential arm, and PGIM Real Estate have completed Huxley Scottsdale, a 192-unit community in Scottsdale, Ariz. ESG was the project architect and Weitz served as general contractor. Greystar currently manages the property.

Huxley Scottsdale is a five-story building with studio, one- and two-bedroom units, floorplans ranging from 521 to 1,235 square feet, according to Yardi Matrix information.

Amenities include a fitness and yoga studio, game room, pool with spa, outdoor pet park and indoor pet spa. The community also features work-from-home suites and conference rooms, as well as a fifth-floor sky lounge with barbecue grills. In addition, residents have access to a 285-spot multi-level parking for a monthly additional fee, Yardi Matrix shows.

Situated on 3 acres at 8555 E. Raintree Drive, the property is just west of Arizona State Route 101 and 3 miles from Scottsdale Airport. There are several eateries and supermarkets within 2 miles, including a Walmart Superstore, The Home Depot, Costco Wholesale and Target. The community is also surrounded by a number of small parks, playgrounds and schools. Downtown Phoenix is some 25 miles south.

The location is also 4 miles from a community that changed hands in September for a record price. Weidner Apartment Homes purchased the 497-unit property from Clarion Partners.
