HFF Secures Financing for Chappell Creek Village
Chappell Hill Equity III Ltd. secured financing for a Temple, Texas community through HFF.

HFF worked exclusively on behalf of the borrower, Chappell Hill Equity III Ltd., and placed a 10-year, 3.86 percent, fixed-rate loan with a correspondent life insurance lender. HFF’s debt placement team was led by director Cortney Cole and executive managing director Scott Galloway.
Chappell Creek Village sits on 12.62 acres on the north side of Ira Young Drive in southwest Temple, east of Interstate 35 and near major area employers such as Scott & White Memorial Hospital, McLane Foodservice headquarters, Walmart Regional Distribution Center and Temple Mall.
The garden-style apartment community consists in 148 one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans with 12 two- and three-story apartment buildings that total 147,220 rentable square feet. Community amenities include a swimming pool with Jacuzzi spa, fitness center, jogging trail and attached/detached garages with remote access. Unit amenities feature cathedral ceilings, crown molding, nine-foot ceilings and fully-tiled walk-in showers.
